Cuff is no stranger to local government or to Municipalities of Saskatchewan. He has been a municipal department head, a mayor for 12 years in Spruce Grove, Alberta, and is former president of AUMA and FCM. He has conducted 700+ seminars on governance; conducted 450+ major organizational studies, mostly of municipalities large and small; and has been our keynote speaker at past conferences.. He has authored 10 books on local government and over 400 articles.
